Titanium coated stainless steel sheet is a premium decorative surface product manufactured by applying a physical vapor deposition (PVD) titanium compound coating over a 304 or 316 grade stainless steel base substrate. The PVD process deposits a dense, hard, and aesthetically uniform titanium nitride (TiN) or titanium oxynitride layer that imparts rich metallic color tones including gold, rose gold, champagne, and bronze.
Titanium coated stainless steel sheets are used in high-end architectural cladding, elevator interiors, lobby feature walls, decorative facades, hotel lobbies, retail interiors, and kitchen backsplashes where durable, scratch-resistant, and corrosion-resistant decorative surfaces are required alongside a premium color aesthetic.
Spark Steel supplies titanium coated stainless steel sheets in standard sizes of 4×8 ft and 4×10 ft, thickness from 0.5 mm to 3 mm. Base material in AISI 304 (1.4301) or 316 (1.4401) grades. PVD coating hardness 1500–2300 HV with salt spray resistance over 500 hours. Available in mirror, hairline, brushed, and embossed surface finishes with titanium color overlay in gold, rose gold, champagne, black, and bronze.
