Mild steel seamless rectangular pipe is a structural hollow section manufactured from low-carbon steel through hot extrusion or cold-drawing processes, producing a seamless rectangular cross-section with uniform wall thickness. The absence of a longitudinal weld seam results in superior mechanical uniformity and consistent load distribution compared to welded rectangular hollow sections.

Mild steel seamless rectangular pipes are used in structural frameworks, machine bases, automotive chassis, conveyors, furniture frames, material handling equipment, and general engineering fabrication where consistent cross-sectional strength, precise tolerances, and reliable performance under dynamic loads are required.

Spark Steel supplies mild steel seamless rectangular pipes in widths from 20×10 mm to 200×100 mm with wall thicknesses from 1.5 mm to 12 mm. Material conforms to IS 1239, IS 4923, EN 10210, and ASTM A500 Grade B standards with tensile strength minimum 410 MPa. Available in standard lengths of 6 m and 12 m with custom cut lengths on request.
