Embossed stainless steel sheet is a decorative product produced by mechanically pressing or rolling a relief pattern into stainless steel sheet using specially engraved rollers or dies. The embossing process creates three-dimensional surface textures — including linen, checker, diamond, and custom patterns — without removing material, maintaining full sheet thickness and structural integrity throughout.
Embossed stainless steel sheets are used in architectural paneling, elevator cabins, kitchen equipment surfaces, catering counters, anti-skid flooring plates, decorative facades, and interior design applications where a combination of aesthetics, hygiene, and non-slip surface properties is required.
Spark Steel supplies embossed stainless steel sheets in AISI 304 and 316 grades, thickness from 0.5 mm to 4 mm, in standard sizes of 4×8 ft and custom dimensions. Pattern heights range from 0.3 mm to 1.2 mm. Available in brushed, mirror, and natural mill finishes as the base surface before embossing. Suitable for food-grade applications with Ra surface finish certification available on request.
